Haemorrhage above placenta 1st trimester

Hey, im 6+4....had a scan today and have a heart beat theyve said i have a small haemorrhage above the placenta and its nothing to worry about BUT i have googled it 😫 and says it can cause miscarriage!

Has anyone else had this????

Ive had no bleeding just brown discharge twice when i wiped on sat morning and nothing since xx
