I had a receptionist call and tell me I wouldn't be seen til 36 weeks by my community midwife (who I've never met, because my last one left after my last appointment at 25 weeks). I do see a consultant and that went ahead at 28 weeks and should(?) go ahead at 32 weeks but who knows.

I challenged whether it was really correct that I wouldn't see a community midwife AT ALL for 11 weeks and the receptionist got a right arse on. Went in to pick up my matb1 as my last midwife hadn't sorted it and consultant won't do, midwife was at the desk and said of course she needed to see me Hmm

It doesn't inspire confidence to be honest. I've been relatively laid back so far but our local maternity services seem to be descending into some kind of shambles. Luckily I'm going to am out of area hospital who still seem to have their shit together.

@Rosabuddy I would definitely check with your midwife - I'm having growth scans every two weeks, and then measurements the week in between - and they have said my appts will still be going ahead as the measurements are highly important towards the end - I am 36 weeks now
