Not really a request for advice, just a lighthearted non corona related post about the hilarity of the logistics of it all!

I’m nearly 25 weeks with quite a sizeable bump already and trying to DTD with my husband this morning was hilarious 🤦‍♀️

Thankfully baby boy hasn’t decided to start kicking during (yet) but we could not stop laughing!

I read stories of women having to doing it over their birthing ball and I’m starting to see my future 😂😂

S’all really 🤷‍♀️

Xx

😂 thank you, that really made me laugh. My hubby will be thrilled you’ve said that. We’ll keep attempting to rock them to sleep!

Well my impatient boy decided to break his waters on Tuesday at 25 weeks!

Currently in hospital for 72 hour monitoring - home Saturday night.

Guess who is not allowed to have sex until their baby is born - however prematurely that will be.

I doubt a bit of DIY is on the cards either as orgasms produce oxytocin and is literally used to naturally induce labour.

Obviously Getting my leg over right now is LITERALLY the last thing in my mind but you gotta love a bit of irony right??

My husband didn't want to have sex when we found out I was pregnant he said it would freak him out.... A few weeks in we tried it and I thought it felt better!! Think it built up his confidence. I didn't really show much of a bump until 6 months in..
I enjoy going on top of him or doggy style, I've had very good experience with it. Became a horny devil at times!

Last week I went for my 36 week scan and had a scare while in the day unit as the babys heart rate dropped and was rushed to the labour ward. Thought I was going to have an emergency c section. Really scared me but thankfully we were all OK and it was a false alarm, husband didn't have a clue as he was in the car waiting. I'm getting induced next week when a space becomes available. Was told it would have been this weekend but with it being Easter they would wait. When I was getting discharged the midwife said to have lots of sex to help start it off at home but the thought has totally freaked me out not going to lie..... Don't think I'll be having sex for some time again and after 5 years of just using the pill I am paranoid it won't work so will have to use condoms and pill as don't want another baby!
