First time mums, when did you first feel baby move?

20 weeks tomorrow and starting to worry that I haven't felt anything at all.

I've got my 20 week scan tomorrow and the usual pre-scan anxiety is kicking in so i know that's not helping.

Should I have felt something by now? Anyone else in the same position?

With my first, I could feel something at 17 weeks but wasn't always entirely sure it was the baby. By 19 weeks my husband could feel it when putting his hand on my stomach.

My sisters placenta was at the front and she was about 23 weeks before she felt anything.

19 weeks but my placenta is at the back. X

I felt and realized movements around 18 weeks.

Around 16 weeks with first and second, 18 weeks with 3rd and fourth.

Thanks everyone! I had my scan today and everything is looking great.
I found out I have a high anterior placenta which explains the lack of feeling any movement yet x

The movement wasn't obvious for me until 23 weeks. Don't worry. Lots of books say first time mothers start feeling it between 16-24 weeks, and you may already be feeling it without knowing.

At 17 weeks and 5 days I thought I felt baby move ! A few days later I felt it again and was more certain. I only felt baby move once a day every few days until about 20-21 weeks and then I felt baby move every day .
