Please can anyone advise, the NHS website says to call 111 but I am reluctant unless I really have to.

⁃	36 weeks pregnant
⁃	Growth scan last week showed excess fluid around baby
⁃	Baby is big for age (already 8lbs) and off the percentile scale
⁃	Gestational Diabetes test negative

Yesterday felt lightheaded and dizzy all day. Chest felt tight. Even walking around the house made me struggle to catch my breath.

Have a very slight cough and sneezed a few times but this isn’t unusual as I get hay fever.

Had stomach cramps and diarrhea this morning, feeling very tired, quite sick and have no appetite.

No temperature.

Could this be the start of CV? Or labour? Or nothing??!

I've never had a tight chest or a light cough before I went into labour both times, I would maybe ring 111 to be on the safe side, you may feel fine in yourself but you have to put baby first
I hope it's nothing and just pre labour niggles but just ring for reassurance as the worrying won't help either xx

I found towards the end of pregnancy I got short of breath BUT never a cough. I think you need to follow the advice and ring 111, you may find there are waiting times of close to 2hrs to get through but please stay on the line they WILL get to you.

I’d definitely phone 111 - some of those things are early labour but others aren’t.
