Hi I'm currently 11+1 weeks with twins today I was in the car and I had a gush of what felt like pee (tmi) put I checked, it was clear liquid that had a bit of a rusty tinge to it so I wiped and it was like brownish thin blood. I rang my drs and told them what was going on (I've had a previous miscarriage) he was concern up until I told him I have a cold. All focus then went on me being a suspected covid-19 victim which I know I'm not I have a bloody cold. He won't refer me and told me to go home to isolate and prepare for what's going to happen. I'm so scared that no one is interested in the blood can anyone please give me advice

Can you ring your local EPU for advice ? Or text your midwife? Sorry I have no other advice. Hope you’re ok . This coronavirus pandemic is such a worrying time when you’re pregnant.

Because it's so unknown about this virus the midwife wants me to go for a scan and it's only the GP that can refer you to it and he won't so I'm just left waiting

Have you contacted your local epu? I haven't dealt with my GP at all throughout my pregnancy, and had a scan at around 10 weeks as I had something similar! The epu will scan you and check everything.
Im not pregnant with twins but it was explained to me that everything is stretching and a bit of blood is very very normal and after consulting many of my previously pregnant friends they also confirmed something similar.
Try not to worry, 111 is also really really helpful and will get you where you need to go quickly.

Just rang 111 couldn't have been more helpful said my symptoms are not Coronavirus related and the doctor should never have refused me help. They also said I do not need to self isolate

Really glad you got what you needed! I've found my gp really unuseful and have contacted the epu and my midwife whenever I've needed it.
