Hi Nishaa! A few facts that I find reassuring:
To my knowledge, 64 pregnant women have caught the virus, and both they and their babies have recovered. www.theguardian.com/world/2020/mar/10/no-elevated-risk-coronavirus-pregnancy
If you do catch it, you will received better care than anyone non-pregnant (and top care does seem to make a big difference).
The biggest factor as to whether or not you can cope with the virus (and let's not forgot that the vast majority of people who have had it do not suffer badly) is age and general health. If you're young enough to be pregnant, you're in the safe age bracket. I'm going to assume that you've been looking after yourself as best you can, so you should be nice and healthy.
Wear a mask if you're worried, it is suspected to reduce chance of infection by 5 times, and wash your hands before putting them near your face. If you're really not coping with the worry, go to your GP and see if you can get signed off due to stress. Or better yet, can you work from home? Silly question, I suspect everyone who can already is.
And I'm by no means a boob nazi, but if you can breastfeed when the baby comes along, do - this will give the baby lots of lovely antibodies.
