Migraines and sickness, 11.5 weeks pregnant

I’m wondering if anyone can help me, I’m desperate.
I’ve suffered with migraines for years but got a daith piercing in 2018 to help, which it did massively and I was also prescribed sumatriptan which is my best friend when I have one.
Since finding out I was pregnant, I’ve had a migraine almost nearly every week, I’ve tried everything, massages, heat pads, Ice packs, 4head, tiger balm, paracetamol and full fat coke but absolutely nothing shifts it!
I hate to say, I’ve given in to sumatriptan after reading posts on here twice over the last 11.5 weeks through sheer desperation.
I also suffer with terrible nausea and sickness when I don’t have a migraine but when I do, I can’t keep anything down.

Has anyone managed to find something that helps? Or even gone back to see a neurologist (contemplating it)? Also, if anyone has experienced this, did it go away after a while? My midwife says 12-15 weeks I’ll be back to normal but it’s a struggle to see past that.

Thanks so much in advance x

Hi, sorry I've got no magic cure but I feel I'm pretty much in the same boat so following this in the hope someone has something that helps. I'm going to mention it to my GP, I'm only around 5 weeks but have had 2 awful migraines this week which is far more frequent than normal for me, maybe once a month or so normally so just putting this down to hormones.
They're absolutely awful, I hope yours don't last too much longer and you can enjoy your pregnancy more x

Migraines suck. I had loads in my first pregnancy- almost one every week. On the bright side, I've only had two in the past two years.
I'm pregnant again and I had one last week.

Have you tried codeine?
