Intrigued to see other tests and how many weeks they are :) I've took about 20 tests now and they're finally really strong, I think I'm about 5 weeks but unsure

Not after any advise I'm just nosy and have no one else to talk to about this stuff haha

Great positive thread!

My test wasn't that dark (tested day of missed period) but 25 weeks now!

This was at around 5+4, and the first test I've ever taken. Took another at 6+1 and got a marginally stronger line.

My excessive number of tests all taken in January. I’m not 21+4 with DD2.

This was mine - the only one I’ve done! This was done on the second day of my missed period, so I guess roughly 15dpo.

Thank you @BabyDust13 Grin

I also don’t understand how anyone can only test once. I think I tested at least once a day for a month!

@BeingATwatItsABingThing I've done 3 so far but I have many back ups

Do you mind if I ask you a question I'm really early 3+5 I'm I've got some horrible cramps is that normal?

I’ve had a look back at the symptoms I recorded on my app and yeah, I did get cramping at around 3 weeks. They were uncomfortable but manageable.

@BabyDust13

No worries. I know how anxious I am constantly about being pregnant. Every twinge I felt in those early days had me googling. It’s one of the downsides of early testing but waiting for AF each month just wasn’t an option for me.

All different brands and long since dried.

Not sure on dates still. Top one wasn’t taken with FMU, neither were the 2 after. My tests always seem to take such a long time to get dark for some reason. I’ve estimated that the top test was taken at around 11dpo. I don’t know if that looks about right?

I’m 11+4 now but that’s a guess as I haven’t had a scan yet.

@Ash2345f should be able to click on the paper clip underneath the comment box but I think you have to have been a member for 48hrs before you can post a pic

@BabyDust13 @BeingATwatItsABingThing to be honest it never occurred to me to test more than once! I got a strong line right away so there was no uncertainty about whether it was positive, and I haven’t really thought about what else a further test might achieve.

I see I’m in the minority though! I would definitely have done more if my first had been faint or if I had had any bleeding etc.

Hi Smile
I'm around 4+2 and have had cramps for about a week now. They're starting to ease off and tests are still getting darker 😊

zscaler

When I tested with my DD(6), we hadn’t been trying and it was only the lack of AF and my symptoms that told me to test. A really strong positive came up in seconds and I just believed it because I kind of already knew.

I had a positive pregnancy test in January 2019 as well after DH and I had started TTC. I took a couple of tests and then just believed it. That ended in a chemical pregnancy.

When I finally got a positive test again in January 2020 after not even a hint of a positive in between, I wanted to keep seeing that line appear and get darker. It was all I could do to reassure myself that it was actually happening. I had no bleeding or extreme cramps but I needed lots of reassurance.
