Hi ladies, posted in conception twice but had no reply’s so giving it a go in here, so after 18 long months of waiting to be able
To try after loosing our 6 day old son Alfie at 28 weeks old through placental abruption ( I nearly died aswell ) we are on our second cycle of trying and my period arrived this Saturday just gone, I’m normally a heavy flow start of light by day 2 I’m normally
Really heavy till about day 4 ish but this period was very light pink and watery on day 1 and there wasn’t a lot only when I went for a wee it seemed to come out a little bit. I also that night had twinges in my right pelvic/hip area and a dull ache in my hip for 15 mins ish, day 2 blood was a little darker red/brown but was still very very light and hardly there no cramps either, day 3 it had completely stopped! Also on day 3 which was yesterday at 11pm last night I had twinges in my left side for a few minutes, and then this morning I had twinges in my right that wer a bit more painful and made me say OUCH lol but died down after a minute or 2, I am now wondering if I am a pregnant and was this an implantation bleed and twinges? Anybody had a similar expirience ? What was your Implantation like ? Any advice I would be so greatful! Will be doing a test this week :) Thankyou x

Hi-I think they only way to know is to do a test.

I had unusually heavy implantation bleeding (I though it was my period) but with little cramping and maybe more watery. It lasted about 5 days altogether. Because it was a bit different to usual period I took a test and got a positive. I was advised by gp to take another test a week later and it was still positive. Neither gp or midwife were concerned and put it down as implantation bleed.

Hope that helps a bit, I suppose everyone (and every pregnancy) is different...
