11 weeks pregnant and I think I'm miscarrying..

I've had some very light spotting today, I had a scan at 8 weeks due to spotting and they found a heartbeat and could see a reason for the bleed.

I woke up at 1am went to the toilet and had a gush of bright red blood, also the cramps have started. I've passed a few big clots. Although now to scared to leave the toilet. How long will this go on for?

This was unexpected baby #3, the timing was off as I have a 3 year old and 7 month old. Also my partner is currently going through depression.. hes just coming out the other side so I'm so worried this is going to set him back.

Before my last baby I miscarried and he blames himself as he was really down during that time, he thinks the stress he caused me caused the miscarriage. I've assured him that sometimes it's just not meant to be.

Not really sure where I'm going with this, just feeling very emotional x

I'm so sorry Flowers that it was sad news. Thinking of you

Hiya, really sorry you going through this:(
I know exactly how you feel as I miscarried to, I bled for about a week afterwards, but I know it can differ from women to women.
I'd defiantly call EPU tho as they need to make sure everything is healing fine also.
Really sorry again op you can get through this xx

I’m sorry OP. Thats so rough. Hope you can indulge yourself a bit even if it’s just a kitkat and nap.

not meant to be
I mean you haven’t done anything wrong, you’re not cursed, you’re not being punished for something etc. Try not to overthink it, if possible. Flowers

I'm really sorry. Please mind yourself & each other & be kind to yourself.

It's a physical & emotional trauma 💔

Snoopy28x · 04/03/2020 20:26

Thank you all, your so kind xx

It is an emotional journey, the room full of nurses and things looking at you with what feels like pitty doesn't help. I am trying to take things easy for a few days (easier said than done with 2 little ones).

Me and dh are managing to still find things to laugh about and keep our spirits up. Our families and close friends have been great to and very supportive, checking in on us to make sure we are ok. That helps. Thank you again all, I wish you all the best of luck in your journeys xx

So sorry, Snoopy.

Losing a child is very traumatic. Be good to one another.

I had a great many miscarriages but eventually had four children.

Snoopy28x · 05/03/2020 15:41

This is my 2nd miscarriage, it is an awful experience. Still had a few teary moments today.

Got a poorly little man (7 months) so getting alot of cuddles today which is nice. I have to just pick myself back up and focus on my 2 little ones xx
