Anything you can do to feel baby at 14 weeks?

I’m sure I felt something about a week ago, I’ve been looking/feeling so hard this week but nothing convincing. I’m a bit nervous over it.
How do you ‘feel’ for movement? Does putting your hand on your tummy make it easier? Or any position to sit/lie in, or time of day?

I found that the best way to feel the baby in the early days is to do it first thing in the morning when your stomach is naturally at its flattest. Eat some sweets / chocolate, then lie flat with a pillow under the small of your back. Suck your stomach in and put your hand on your stomach and wait!

Thank-you, will give that a try!

14 weeks is very early (in my experience anyway) I wouldn’t read too much into it if you can’t feel anything!

I didn’t feel anything properly until 18 weeks

You are expecting far too much too soon.
You might feel tiny pops or flutters but not much else and half the time you probably won't even notice those.
Baby is tiny at the moment.
Relax, it will happen in time. Some people don't feel proper movement until they are 20+ weeks

Far too soon for a 1st baby, I didn't feel DD until at least 23 weeks (I did have an anterior placenta)
