Tell me about your positive bleeding stories

I've spent the day in A&E after having a huge bleed :(

I've got to go back on Thursday for a scan to see what's going on.

I've been spotting this weekend and today soaked 3 pads plus had clots today.

It seems to have settled down the last couple of hours.

Am I just kidding myself or have I lost it?

I'm early pregnant but not 100% on dates as I'm so irregular.

If I'm losing it, is it normal to settle down then start bleeding again? Or should I just prepare for a loss. I'm gutted

Well I thought I'd update this thread in case in the future it's useful to someone. I had a scan today and they found after a lot of investigation that it's a Caesarian scar ectopic pregnancy. The baby is growing inside my CS scar which is why I'm losing so much blood and my HCG levels aren't doubling as they should be. As the baby is growing I'm bleeding out

So I'm having emergency surgery in the morning having weighed up the odds of going for methotrexate or opting for a surgical solution. As my levels are borderline for that to be an option (plus it's a long process) I've opted for surgery.

Sorry to hear this, losing a pregnancy and having to have surgery on top is really tough.

I am so sorry to hear this. I've never heard of this before. I really hope the process is as painless as possible. I found losing a baby very isolating. Please keep talking as much as you can - and give yourself all the time you need
