Hello I don't know if anyone is in this situation I have been to 3 different scans with result saying they only see a gestational sac with yoke sac and no baby yet but everything in there is ok but they say it might be a missed miscarriage but I have bleed or have any cramps or miscarriages signs.
I have had 2 miscarriages before so I know how it feels like but with this one am so confused don't know what to do

What is the time period between the scans and has there been any growth between the scans? The growth change holds answer, I’m afraid.

All miscarriages can be different. It's much more common than people realise, where there are no symptoms.
Where have you had these 3 scans? Have you been offered any treatment? Have you had your HCG Levels checked and re done at 48 hours? An NHS hospital wouldn't scan you 3 times and not give you any medical management or the option of. Have you spoken to your local Early pregnancy unit? I work in obstetric sonography & radiology.

By now you should have had your booking appointment and your 12 week scan (if you're in the UK)

If this was picked up at the 12 week scan then the sonographer would have passed you over to a consultant there and then, and you'd have answers.

Where are you?

A missed miscarriage is one where your body doesn’t recognise the miscarriage (at first) so you don’t normally get cramps or bleeding. I’ve had 2 spontaneous mcs and 2 missed ones, and all 4 were very different. This could be a miscarriage or your dates could be massively out (a sac and yolk sac is about a 5 week pregnancy), but you need scans at intervals to check the growth to tell.
