Watery Discharge - 24 Weeks

Hi All,

I'm 23+5 and throughout my pregnancy I've had the usual thick(ish), white discharge. No odour or itching or anything so no problems. However, since returning from a holiday abroad at the beginning of the week, I've had more watery discharge. It's clear and again, doesn't smell or itch but I can feel it coming out and I noticed it on my PJ bottoms yesterday.

It's not a continuous trickle or a 'gush'. It seems to be happening once a day over the past 3 days. I can feel my baby kicking quite low down sometimes and I'm not sure if it's coming from pressure on my bladder (it doesn't smell like urine). I'm not in any pain.

Don't want to call the assessment centre if it sounds normal but don't want to let it continue if it could be something to be concerned about.

As a FTM I'm just not sure. Good old Google is giving me conflicting info, some sites say it's to be expected as pregnancy progresses but others say to call Midwife immediately.

What do you think, stop overthinking it or get checked?

This happens to me a lot and I'm not concerned. It's very watery and I often feel it when walking or not long after going to the loo. I think it's just discharge, not urine. I always wear a panty liner.

I've just been sat up in bed this morning reading and when I got up there was a small wet patch on my bed 🙈 I'm pretty sure it's all part of being pregnant!

Forgot to say I'm 21+3 😊

Thanks @RedRobin7

I wasn't that concerned but when I mentioned it to DH he wanted me to phone the Midwife to check 😂 bless him!

I get this and I’m a couple of days behind you. I think mine is discharge or possibly urine. From what I have read online, if you put a pad in and it doesn’t fill the pad within a few hours then you should be fine Smile

Thanks @Catlover10 it's def not enough to fill a pad so all good there 👍🏼
