When did your baby arrive compared to due date?

Am 36 weeks now and totally impatient for the baby to arrive. Realise that these things can happen at any time, but in the interests of inspiration - when did your baby arrive? Anyone had theirs on their due date?

40+3 but waters went and labour started midnight on my due date

40+5 though I went into labour on 40+4 and she was born just after midnight the next day.

That's according to my 12 week scan due date. If I go by when I ovulated I went into labour on 40+2 and she was born at 40+3.

On her due date. Apparently it's quite rare - less than 5% of babies do.

DC1- 42 weeks came naturally on date of inducement.
DC2- 41 weeks.

Currently pregnant with DC3. Interesting as following pattern should come on due date.....

On due date with first and 2 days early with second

1st 10 days over then 3 day labour ending in emergency caesarean.
2nd. I had an emergency caesarean 3 days before due date.

First was 8 days early, spontaneous labour. Second was 11 days late EMCS

DD -8 days late
DD - due date
DS - 10 days late

First 37 weeks 2 days
Second 40 weeks 3 days
Third 38 weeks 4 days
Fourth 38 weeks 2 days

First two were spontaneous labour second 2 inductions as I had Gestational Diabetes

40+6.

Both babies born bang on due date, no idea how I managed that!

37 weeks exactly.

I put it down to stress thanks to the fact I got a phone call the day before he arrived telling me the woman that hit me (car accident on a roundabout, completely her fault) had applied to take my insurance company to court for injuries after her insurance company had admitted fault and paid out, and would I be willing to attend and testify.

Not really a phone call you want when heavily pregnant.

DS1 the day after the due date. DS2 the day before. My DC are very punctual, just like me 😉

Bang on due date. Really had no "feeling" that labour was coming and had convinced myself she was going to be late.

I am loving hearing about all these due dates but was really hoping for an awful lot more “the baby arrived a week early”

Same - all the 41/42 arrival dates are making me a bit sad!

An old study (2002) but it's unlikely to have changed much.
Over 7000 participants so gives you a better idea than asking 50 people on here.

Due date baby here! I'm always punctual so it pleased me greatly

My friend had her first at 37 weeks. I had mine at 41 weeks. Both went into labour spontaneously.

Forgot to add our due dates were only a day apart!!!

39+4 for me, at my 39 week midwife check she offered me a sweep and i said yes - went into labour 48hrs later

Both of mine were late: 12 days (DD) and 11 days (DS). In fact, DS had the same due date as my niece, but their birthdays are 23 days apart.
