Bottles & steriliser recommendations?

3 months away from my due date with my second and completely unprepared which is silly considering my first started coming 7 weeks early.
Anyways I used latch bottles & steam steriliser but they're knackered and I had to Chuck em out! Any recommendations for new bottles/teats/steriliser? What's your thoughts on glass ones? My friend said that plastic bottles are banned in many countries as heating plastic is dangerous. I had plastic last time and never gave it a second thought.

I appreciate any recommendations you may have.

Plastic is fine soap as long as you look for BPA free plastic.

I love the mam bottles as you can sterilize them in the microwave without a sterilizer. Very handy if you travel or visiting friends houses.

I loved the MAM self sterilizing ones (you partially assemble them as per the instructions & put in the microwave) as it meant I didn't need an additional sterilizer & could take just one bottle with me when visiting family as I could wash it up & stick in the microwave for 3minutes & it was ready to use.
I also used a milton coldwater sterilizer for them / other items to be chucked in. They need only be in there for 15mins & they are ready & I could add / remove items as many times as necessary before the water needed to be changed (needs changing every 24hrs) only downside to cold water it can remove markings off the sides of the bottles, Tommee Tippee ones especially in my experience. And it can cause the teats to discolour, it's harmless but annoying.

We had a big Tommee Tippee sereliser which was great because you could fit loads in in one go. With my second dc we used dr browns bottles and they were great.
