7 weeks and really weak (4 days in bed)

Hi all,
I feel like I've posted a lot on here recently, apologies.
For background: I'm 7 weeks gone, second pregnancy (following MMC last year) Taking clexane (blood thinners) for a clotting condition.
I thought I had a virus at the start of the week but it's ended up with me being in bed for 4 days. I'm utterly exhausted. I feel really weak, and dizzy, muscle and joint pain and my breathing is really laboured. I'm not short of breath (honestly don't really know what this vague phrase means in practice) but feel like breathing is hard work. I keep getting killer headaches too.
I'm not sleeping well because I'm up 4 times a night for a wee. Got standard 24 hour nausea too and am so thirsty its crazy.

I can't call midwives because I'm not getting booked in til Tuesday, so no one for me to call.
I could call my GPs but you run such a bloody gauntlet when you call them. It's a 3-4 week wait for an appointment, once you get through from 20 minutes on hold, and when I've contacted them about pregnancy stuff before, they can't help because they rely on midwives to do that in my area.

Do I wait until my booking in on Tuesday? Do I force myself to run the GP gauntlet?

I was confident it was a virus at first, but 4 days on and I feel no better. I can't shake the feeling the pregnancy or my medication is going a bit wrong.

Any one had similar experience?

I think if it’s really bad and doesn't seem to be any better i’d call the GP. It could well just be a virus, our immune systems are down during pregnancy and so maybe it’s affecting you more but i’d still call and see what they say as it doesn't sound nice. I’m tired (6+3), but not to the extent I can’t get out of bed. That sounds like a virus to me.

Hmmm.... I felt quite breathless quite early on, and extremely tired. I was able to work from home and remember a week where I napped for about 45 mins every 2 or 3 hours and still went to bed for 10/11 hours at night. I also think my blood sugars dropped low quickly and I wasn't eating much so sometimes I felt a bit faint, especially post nap. I wasn't getting headaches or joint pain. Is it worth trying the GP and see how you get on? I called 111 one night because I felt so faint and dizzy (and then clicked it was probably because I'd hardly eaten all day and not drunk much either).

You could call the midwives for advice - if you know the hospital you'll be referred to, look up their maternity helpline. They're not going to tell you to go away just because you're not booked in yet. They may just say best to go to the GP, but worth a try?
