Pink spotting

I’m 5w4d pregnant and have been having small amounts light pink spotting every 4 or so days for 2 weeks. Has anyone experienced this? And what was the outcome?

I had a tiny tiny bit of spotting a few times in early pregnancy, it eventually stopped and i had a great pregnancy/birth and healthy baby - however if it increases or turns red you must go to the early pregnancy assessment center. If you are worried give them a call but definitely mention it to your midwife at your next appointment.

Good luck and hope all goes well

Spotting is normal but as PO said if it turns dark red , like very fresh blood, and more of it , get checked out . I hope it all continues well and you have a healthy pregnancy x

I had one day of pink spotting at 6 weeks pregnant. I had an internal scan at the Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit which showed that the baby was fine with a heartbeat, and there was no obvious cause of the spotting. I personally would push to get seen at EPAU and not wait for it to get worse, just to give you the reassurance.

Thankyou everyone for your replies. It's still happening, but I still have sore boobs and am fatigued and as it hasn't worsened I'm just hoping it's just one of those things x

I'm having light spotting too... Apparently it's common for first trimester. Hope everything is ok, going to push for a scan next week when I'll be 6 weeks (think it's too early for me to see anything now, I'm 4 weeks 5 days)
