Moms due in august 2020!!

Hi guys, I'm due august 3rd! Exactly 13 weeks gone.

Would be nice to have to mums to be to speak to, a lot of the people I know are very far gone in there pregnancy and seem to brush me off as I'm so 'early' but I'm just too excited.

Hoping it's not too late to join this post and celebrate everyone's good news... I'm 11+4 days, due 20th Aug.
This is our first baby so am very excited as well as pretty nervous. Have had some bleeding and severe pains so had a scan at EPAU already where I was dated exactly 9 weeks. Was such a relief to see the tiny baby and it's heartbeat on the screen! Next scan due 13th Feb and can't come quickly enough. Be really good to be in contact with other mums to be as I'm about a decade behind family members having children and none of my friends are pregnant.

May I join please? Due August 21st according to my 9 week scan, got my 12 week scan on Friday when I will be exactly 12 weeks! Third pregnancy but first baby, one miscarriage and one blighted ovum last year - feeing fairly positive as we had private scans at 6 and 9 weeks and all looking good so far.

@mable88 I'm same, third pregnancy and first baby! Third time lucky for us

Morning ladies. I had my 12 week scan yesterday which was amazing and such a relief following previous mc. And I found out my EDD is a few days ahead of what I’d thought which is great as I’ll take anything to have a few less days to go! My sickness is slowly easing but I have loads of heartburn and gas now. DH is being kind and pretending he can’t hear me

Just wanted to post and see how everyone else is getting on? Hope you’re all doing well and having good news xx

@Annafs congratulations on your healthy 12 week scan! we had ours last week and it was just so magical! Although now I've gone from sickness to not even feeling pregnant anymore except the slight bump and gas which is an odd feeling after 2 months of feeling awful! How are you feeling?!

Hope it's not too late to join the post. I'm due August 4th with my first baby.

I thought I'd be at the enjoyment stage of my pregnancy as I'm not 14 weeks but my morning sickness hasn't eased and I've got a flu.

That’s great news @Annafs, must be such a relief! I’m swinging between being really excited for tomorrow and absolutely bricking it. Had a scan at 9 weeks which looked all good but I just can’t help but worry something will have happened in the last three weeks

@kaxxz hope you start to feel better soon, morning sickness is rubbish enough, you really don’t need flu on top of that!

Due August 9th. Having the weirdest symptoms. I cannot stop burping!!!! Is anyone having the same problem? It's tragic!😂

Hope everyone is getting on ok, we had our scan yesterday, baby was dated exactly 13 weeks. Think we're set for a cheeky baby as it wouldn't stay still for the scan; whilst they got the dating measurement they weren't able to get the measurements for the Down's syndrome test so I have to go back to hospital for a blood test in 3 weeks time.
Just wondered if anyone else has had similar happen to them?

We have just had our 12 week scan today, so exciting finally seeing little baby wiggling about and waving it’s little hands 🥰 been such a long nervous wait - very relieved it has all gone well and I can now tell people the exciting news! Our little one is due the 28th august 😀

I've also had 2 previous miscarriages so I'm really really struggling coming to terms with the fact I could be having a healthy pregnancy, scariest experience of my life , I just want everything to go well! Xx

Hi @HappinessExists, I had the same although I'm surprised they're making you wait another 3 weeks as I thought the NT measurement had to be at 11-14 wks. I went on Monday and we couldn't get it so went back yesterday and after a lot of shaking around we got it and everything was fine, just waiting on the blood results now. When are you due? I am 22nd August, seems so far away. x

Hi @WorriedButterfly glad all is fine for you. It seems strange but they aren't going to do another scan to get the measurement, they are only doing a blood test to check. Guess the results would be stronger at 16 weeks which is why they need such a delay...
perhaps is depends on what the NHS are prepared to do on a local level.
Baby is due 20th August so we are close together; time seems to be standing still - I'm so impatient to meet the little one! X

Ahh that makes sense (sorry for my post - I hoped afterwards it didn't come across worryingly!) I know what you mean about time! Just trying to busy myself!
