Hello, I'll try to keep this as short and sweet as I can. My period in December ended on the 27th and I had sex on the 2nd of January. I got my period again on the 20th of January and my question is: is it possible to get your period if you're let's say, 3-4 weeks pregnant? I had really bad cramps too.
I took a test a day or two before my period was due and it was negative. And when is the perfect time to concieve? Thank you!

You don’t have periods when you’re pregnant but it could be pregnancy related spotting, especially if it’s lighter than normal.

Depending on the average length of your cycle, you ovulate around day 14 (for a 28 day cycle). You’re fertile for around 4 days before, the day of, and 1 day after ovulation.

If you think you might be pregnant take another test. You can get some really cheap and accurate ones online. That’s the only way to know for sure.

You can still bleed. But it's rare.
my doctor tested me for pregnancy despite not missing my period because his wife bled through her entire pregnancy!

The fact you had a negative test followed by your period though is basically a red sign that you're not pregnant though.

Get some ovulation sticks to test when you're ovulating, that's the only time to conceive. Most commonly it's 14 days before you get your period (for an average length cycle) but varies from woman to woman.
