Morning guy, apologises for the most ridiculous thread I feel all this pregnancy has done to me is just cause me to worry 10x's more than I already do!
So my worry lately is labour, I'm absolutely terrified of it! I've heard so many horror stories, all I keep thinking is I won't be able to handle it, and it's scaring me a ridiculous amount! I'm aware I have no choice but I'm just so worried, any advice??
Thanks in advanced! X

I was feeling exactly like this, I was terrified of labour and didn't think I'd cope well as I've always suffered bad with anxiety. I already had SPD as well which was painful enough so I used to think if I could barely cope with that how would I cope with labour!!? But my labour was great it really hurts but it's meant to, for me walking through my contractions or a warm bath helped so much I had a warm bath at 3cm in the hospital and within 20 minutes I jumped to 7cm and was heading to the delivery suit and all in all 2 hours and only had and air my little one was born weighing 6lb 7oz Smile. I really hope this helps you as I know I used to go out my mind reading all the horrific stories so thought it might help a little to hear a nice one and good luck!! Xx

People always tell you horror stories. It hurts but it's manageable for many. I have loved all of my labours .
