Padded nursing bras

Hi, am trying to buy nursing bras in advance of DC's arrival - I'm not worried about underwire but I really need them to have padding. I'm a bit of a weird size (and only a C cup even at the end of pregnancy), and can't find any in store. I ordered some from Debenhams (mummy love brand) which specifically said they were padded, but they've just arrived - no padding in sight. Can anyone recommend any?? Would rather they weren't more than £25 per bra, but will pay more if I need to...

Wow... i had the exact opposite problem. I wanted non padded but only find padded. I thought the padded one were the most common. So most shops should do them.

Checked M&S?

I've seen some really nice ones on H&M I'm going to order. I need padding too and the ones I've seen are Lacey too which I like rather than just mumsy fabric ones.

I ordered comfort bras from asda which come with removable padding. Not advertised as nursing but I have found breastfeeding in them very easy. Also check out the hotmilk website and I think Asos have some padded nursing bras too.

I got a pack of two nursing bras from Asda’s website for about £18 I think. I wasn’t particularly looking for padded ones but they are slightly and are very comfy and supportive. Only 9 weeks and already wearing them at home cuz my boobs are too sore for underwire.

Fab thank you. Asda is somewhere I haven't tried! Also found some in Sainsbury's today that say 'lightly padded' so may see what they're like too! Smile

It's probably a good idea to just get some cheap stretchy ones at this point OP, and then get measured once your supply has regulated at about 6 weeks. Your breasts could change a lot between now and then so any bras you buy now might end up being useless.

I got some from m and s and I've been wearing them in between getting epregnant again. They're so comfy I never went back to u dewire

For anyone that wonders about this in future, the Sainsbury's 'lightly padded' are plenty padded! And Debenhams do also do some padded ones (but only in black apparently)! Grin Thanks everyone!

Hi OP. I've always worn padded bras as I have small boobs but I have to say you will likely need a new bra once you've had the baby. Day 3 post birth my boobs got huge! I had thankfully got nursing bras with removable padding, there is no way I need it now!

Primark have 2 x slightly padded, no wire nursing bras for £10.

This site sells padded nursing bras....used twice now and seem friendly and cheap www.nursingbra-shop.co.uk/search.asp?extratype=5

I think also Figleaves do some too....
