Positive or evaporation line ???

Hello. So I haven’t had my period since the end of November, but I was on birth control with a very low estrogen content and it was messing with my cycle. I had it twice in November, and haven’t had it since the end of November. Since it’s been so long since, I appropriately had the thought I might be pregnant. I don’t really have symptoms other than bloating, but I am often bloated so it didn’t seem too questionable. I have taken about 8 pregnancy tests over the past couple of weeks. Mostly blue dye tests, but also one pink dye and they’ve all read negative. I took another today and it showed negative so I tossed it out. A few hours later (maybe 4 or 5) I looked again and it had a super faint line looking like it turned positive. I took another and this one read negative too... they were blue dye. I guess my question is, is this a faint positive ??? Or could it be just an evaporation line ? I am feeling so anxious and worried and just want answers.... thanks in advance .

Can you post a pic?

Unfortunately it won’t let me :( but I also took a clear blue digital test and it said not pregnant.. not sure what to think since it’s been over a month since I’ve have a period and I’ve been testing over the course of two weeks.

I’m sorry but it sounds like an evap if the only line that appeared was after a few hours. A pregnancy test after a missed period would show up within the time limit and be very clear.

They’re evaporation lines.

Agree with the others unfortunately they are evaporation lines. If you haven’t had a period since November you need to go to the doctors and get them to refer you to a reproductive endocrinologist - they can give you a short course of progesterone to get your cycle going again and check you for hormonal imbalances. It can take a long time for you to get regular cycles back after coming off birth control but you should still be having periods every 21-35 days anything outside of this is not normal. Also you can try to help regulate your cycles again by taking some herbal supplements, maca is one which is extremely good at supporting hormonal balance again and also supplement with zinc and magnesium as these get really depleted whilst you’re on birth control and this can have a negative impact on your cycles restabilising after coming off it. Check out The Period Repair Manual for more information and advice on what you can do naturally to support a healthy hormonal balance.
