Should I expect the worst ? Warning photos!!

Currently 11+3 weeks. Had a scan just over a week ago and I had a very happy baby in there.
This morning I wiped after a wee and had red blood. Immediately panicked. Then went to loo again and passed a brown clot with brown blood.

Been the a&e and they were useless!!

Iv not soaking through pads or in discomfort at the moment. Iv had two miscarriages in 2019 & I literally cannot believe this could be happening again. 😭

Has anyone ever experienced this and had a healthy baby?

Great news! I had this with both my pregnancies and it was scary each time. I was 100% convinced that there was no way I wasn't miscarrying with that amount of bleeding. Yet somehow I now have loud, healthy 14 and 7 year olds.
