Assume you are pregnant? Options limited.

If stuck at home, steam is your best friend. Big bowl of boiling water, towel over your head to keep steam in and breathe it in. Will get your nose streaming. Repeat as needed.

Once you get to pharmacy buy infant saline nasal s-ray. Spritz as much as necessary to get your nose running again.

Basically, Sudafed and antibiotics out so the best you can do is get your nose running as much as possible to clear them.

Try gentle massage of eyebrows and bone under eye. But I've always found that a mixed help.

Paracetamol for pain.

I am indeed @BlingLoving thanks for your advice, it's so limited but with the morning sickness and the sinuses I'm feeling pretty crappy rn!

Nothing you can do for bad sinuses when pregnant apart from a steroid nasal spray.

Best thing to use all the time is an oil diffuser.

Olbus oil is nice and strong to help you breathe a bit better. I got mine off amazon and it helps a bit!

I have had trouble with my sinuses for ages and the doctors do prescribe antibiotics such as Amoxicillin during pregnancy for people to try if it gets unbearable.

Hot showers in a steamy room help too, and so do steroid nasal sprays (your doctor should give you this really though) x

Oh and nasal irrigators can also be used, it is just salt water so it is safe and it can help clear your nasal passages!
