Fun things to do when pregnant

Hi
So my friend is due at the end of Feb with her first baby.
She's tired of being at home with not much do do or able to do... (bars...)
We have been to the cinema and dinner a couple of times already.

What fun things can you do with friends when pregnant? Or did you do or liked to do with your girls?

For me it's totally the same as not being pregnant, literally nothing changes apart from you can't get wasted but can't say I ever did that and it's only extreme activities you can't do but again I never did. She is just limiting herself but being shut away. Is her mental health ok? Some people can struggle with that while pregnant. I would say just be a friend to talk to and plan any days out you normally had.

She's much further along than me, but my friends recently took me to an escape room which was good (not a very physical one). If that's too much maybe something like pottery painting, afternoon tea, musical or even a board game night. I've been invited to a murder mystery night in a few weeks at a friends house, which might be fun.

There's a few crazy golf places by us that have been fun - everyone else can have a drink if they want but it isn't the only focus. I'd just caveat that with not going this week because of the stairs/bending to get the ball etc - that said we've been decorating and putting furniture together so if she's not suffering with back on hip pain it might be something different.

What did you do together before she was pregnant? Apart from drinking and extreme sports you can do most things when pregnant, or does she have a condition like SPD which limits her movement?

Bike ride, walk, shopping, afternoon tea, escape room, cinema, theatre, comedy gig, craft, movie night, game night

I've been doing everything I've always done with a few changes to diet, cutting the alcohol and the caffeine. I'm 39 weeks and only mercifully just starting to feel a bit tired. Unless there are complications like extreme sickness, pelvic girdle pain that is especially bad, etc., then she really should be able to enjoy life as before, if taking things perhaps a little slower.

Coffee, cake, walks, swimming, museums, galleries, music - depends what you're into!

We did an escape game last week that went ok but they can be expensive at £20pp

Heading to crazy golf now,
she says she cant bend down much (or doesnt want to)
We would normally go to dinner, bars, shisha lounges or the cinema

Try to balance a glass of water on the bump.
