Inhaling smoke from burning, pregnancy

Please forgive me fretting, tried to google this and can’t find an answer and don’t want to ring midwife if panicking over nothing.

I burnt the toast this morning quite spectacularly, whole kitchen was filled with smoke and took about 5-10 mins to air it and clear so the alarm would go off, was coughing quite a bit and can still feel the effects of smoke. Normally I wouldn’t worry but am 25 weeks pregnant, will this be ok or in this situation would you ring for advice of maternity assessment? Im thinking it’ll be ok but always worry about doing the wrong thing and didn’t really think about it until afterwards. Thanks so much.

I inhaled smoke from melting plastic when I was pregnant (first time using oven in new place and didn't realise the grill tray and handle were in there 🤦‍♀️)
I just opened all the windows and doors and sat by the front door for a while. Gave birth to a very healthy baby. I'm sure you and baby will be fine too

I stood my a bonfire for about 2 hours on bonfire night, my clothes stank. Didn’t even think about it to be honest although it did trigger my asthma which I hadn’t considered either!

You’ll be fine. Things aren’t immediately passed to baby, things are only passed to baby via the placenta. Your body & the placenta do a great job of filtering out the crap!
