Waking up numb/tingly?

At 19 weeks pregnant for the past 2 nights I've been waking up with pins and needles in my hands and feet! It's very strange and I don't know whether I should be worried about it? I don't seem to be lying in any different position then I normally do so I'm not too sure what's brought it on!
I had carpal tunnel later on in my first pregnancy but this has been effecting my feet too and I'm only nearly mid way!
I'm not in any pain or anything... just randomly numb/pins and needles.
Anyone else experienced this? Getting a doctors app over Christmas will be a nightmare so I just want my mind to be at ease!

Thanks for the reply! I'm not in any pain at all (other then headaches but theses are related to another condition I have at the moment!) so I'm not sure it's that!

I think it's always worth giving a quick ring to the doctor/hospital if you think anything seems a bit unusual

Are you sleeping on your back at all? It puts pressure on main blood vessels running down your spine and thus reduces oxygen getting to you and baby, espcially your extremities ie hands and feet. this would cause numbness and tingling

Probably swelling, but see your GP.

Could be carpel tunnel syndrome. That's what I've been diagnosed with although i am nearly 38 weeks pregnant and have only just got it a few weeks ago x
