Pregnancy with endometriosis

A few years ago I was told that I might have endometriosis however with having a high BMI they wouldn’t Do any invasive investigations so it was never confirmed or not. I was wondering if anyone here does have it and what there pregnancy symptoms are. I do tend to have a lot of Gyne pain. When having sex for the first time since falling pregnant (13weeks) I had some right sided pain and have been in pain since, been given antibiotics today for UTI symptoms since having sex. I dunno if the pain I experience is just pregnancy related but my dr is adamant that I shouldn’t have pain but the scan was fine so she said I might just be overly sensitive 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have endo and I'm now 31+5. Tbh I haven't get anything problematic in the pregnancy that I could attribute to the endo other than a spot of bleeding at 6/7 weeks.

Sorry just thinking back - around the 12-18 week stage I did have spotting after sex and mild cramping!

I think it’s just me. Im beginning to think I’m just super sensitive to pain and have a very low pain threshold x

Possibly not - I had my adhesions removed about 15 months before I fell pregnant so it depends what stage you're at in terms of how the pain would be.
I spent 7 years being passed from pillar to post, being told there was nothing wrong with me and it was "unexplained secondary infertility" behind my inability to conceive number 2, "normal" that I was flooding every month and bleeding for up to 2 months at a time. I ended up going private, had a laparoscopy and they found advanced endo!! If you can, I'd highly recommend seeing a gynaecologist privately after your baby if you want a definitive answer and treatment. God bless the NHS but there not good with diagnosing this kind of thing as it requires surgery to diagnose and that's a total last option for them so can take years
