Peeing so much am I pregnant?!

Hi all
Only been TTC for one cycle. My period is due in a few days. For the past 5 days I’ve had a constant urge to wee! I go and then it’s like I need to go again. Docs have ruled out a UTI and say there’s no infection. Has anyone ever had this in week 3-4 of pregnancy. I’m waking up 2-3 times a night and constantly going all day

Peeing was always the first sign I was pregnant, alongside unexplained fast heart rate (it'd go through the roof if I walked upstairs). I always knew before I took a test!
