Hello ladies,

Had a successful membrane sweep Monday, I am now on day 3 of loosing my mucus plug (all of which has been bloody sorry tmi) I had a slight headache yesterday and again today which is rare for me. So im at that frustrating point where im wondering is labour on its way or have I another long week or more to go 🙄

I know no-one can answer when my labour will begin so I guess what im asking is for other ladies experiences. With dc1 I think it was a week after loosing plug before labour properly began but it wasnt as much as im loosing this time and came away in one bit, not over 3 days and things feel very different this time.

Would love to hear others experiences and also how long was it in between for you?

it's a great life isn't it @Candystar18 😩

I'm not due for a month so no need for me to be anything other than impatient to get it over and done with (and NOT in the xmas NY period please!)

Six days and counting! Sleep has become a thing of the past and I am VERY uncomfortable now, eurgh. I have a sweep on the 16th december if he hasn't made his appearance by then. I dont mind being induced or any of that business, I just want to meet him how.

How are you all doing?!

If dc1 was a week early then maybe this one will come early for you too! Before the christmas period though of course or baby can just stay in until after new year for you lol @MerryDeath 🙂

Hopefully your sweep is successful! @Ilovethekitties I have dtd today, waddled around the supermarket then took ds for a walk... which has just resulted in more CM, tiredness and extra pressure but of course no sign of labour.

These last 6 years being pregnant have been tough on us havn't they 😅

@Candystar18 lol exactly Wink i am treading a fine line here, he can come in mid-dec or he's going to have to wait until January. particularly as we are away in the sticks for xmas, whose idea was that?!

Are you doing things that make your relaxed and happy, OP? That should help move things along as it will mean you're producing more oxytocin.
