Oh my goodness I have the worst shooting pains in my nipples!! 🙄đŸ˜ĢI'm 13 + 1 today, the pains are like lightning bolts and alternate from one nipple to the other. Please could someone tell me if this is normal? It's my first pregnancy that has made it this far, my other 3 ended in losses at 9 weeks at the latest.

I'm also get a LOT of discomfort and shooting pains in the bottom of my stomach and groin, these things wouldn't bother me in the slightest if I knew everything was ok, it's just that every little twinge I massively panic and think the baby is dying, I'm wearing myself out worrying and I'm not nice to be around because my worry is coming off as short temperedness!! Any reassurance appreciated. Due to this being a high risk pregnancy we've already had 4 nhs scans and 2 private, our next one isn't for another 18 days (not that I'm counting down or anything 🙄😜)

I've had those exact pains you describe throughout my entire pregnancy, both in my nipples and lower stomach /groin - the latter being round ligament pain. It's all normal but as you say very uncomfortable and anxiety inducing. I'm now 35+5 and counting the days down! The worry doesn't go away, but please try to relax Flowers

Thanks so much lovely, it'd just be lovely to be able to see inside and check on them wouldn't it? Did those ligament pains make you want to lie flat? I feel they're worse when I'm sat up or leaning forward so I'm just beached on the couch this morning! Well I have been up since 3am and been on the carboot but now I'm not moving!
