Someone PLEASE tell me they get 'morning' sickness at this time?! (9:33pm)
I work an evening job so I'm in dire need of the best remedies. I've tried ginger nuts and arrowroot so far 😫 thanks in advance x

I'm nauseous 24/7! Cold milk helps me (not for long but it provides temporary relief) x

My morning sickness was 24 hours a day. Try to eat little and often if you can.

I'd get 'morning' sickness on my way home from work (~9pm) without fail until about 14 weeks. I kept a bag of fruit gums in my coat pocket and would suck/chew/devour the entire bag at the first hint of nausea. Usually worked.

Gin gin sweets!!

Gin Gins kind of worked for me, as did eating bland carbs little and often (like every half an hour). But the only thing that brought lasting relief was medication from the GP.

I sucked small ice cubes. My last pregnancy I felt nauseous all through the day for most of the 9 months. Actually seriously craved ice, probably because it helped. Craving carried on though until baby was about 18 months!

Yep I get evening sickness. Don't have a big dinner!

DramaAlpaca · 30/11/2019 02:04

It's a long time ago now, but I did with DC1. I'd get to around 10.30pm, think I was OK, then have to run & throw up. Oh, the joys. Thankfully it stopped completely at 20 weeks.

Wow thank you so much everyone!!! I'll give these a try 😃😃
