When did you tell imediate family?

I'm currently about 5 weeks. I'll be going home to my family on Dec 9th and really want to tell surprise them in person as it's not something I want to tell them over Skype or the phone. Is this too early?

I'd waited to miss my second cycle to let my Dr's know. Mum was with me when they called back to confirm and book my midwife appointment, she called dad when I got off the phone.
Told in laws that weekend, well dh told his mum and she told his dad he needed to practice his grandad story telling 😂
