Really need help - eating in pregnancy

Grateful for any help what so ever

My baby is now 30 weeks and is showing as just under the 10th centile. I've had a Doppler and the amniotic fluid and blood flow are working well. Due another growth scan next week I haven't put on lots of weight (although my BMI is higher than normal usually)

I am very very stressed at the moment,
My partner of 18 years has started to have seizures which are quite extreme and I am genuinely struggling to eat. When I do I feel as though I am going to vomit which I think is related to worry. How do I eat enough to make sure that my baby is well in the smallest amount of meals. I am so very upset, but don't want to cause harm to her. Are there any drinks/supplements I can drink/take to keep her well?

Grateful for any advice x

If you are not underweight I really wouldn't worry. Some babies are small and the baby will take all your reserves, fat etc before struggling, so I doubt that it is small because of your eating. What does the midwife say? Are you/your partner small? These things are often genetic.
I'm 23 weeks and haven't gained any weight (also don't eat well).
However, you sound really stressed and not eating is not good for you. You need to look after yourself so you can keep looking after your partner and baby. Are you taking a multi-vitamin? Are you sleeping enough? It's important that you stay as healthy as possible, emotionally as well as physically.
Can you think of anything that will give you a boost?

You sound very anxious, maybe try mindfulness exercises, I find them very calming and there are good YouTube videos on it.

I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this and I hope you feel better soon.

I'm struggling with the first answer, the baby isn't going to live off of your fat, that's ludicrous, you need to eat enough to ensure they eat and get the vitamins for growth.

Can you eat little and often op?

Also, maybe look at high fat but also high nutrition food if you are struggling such as avocado, mackerel, cheese and peanut butter.

I just feel I'm going to be sick whenever I eat. My problems have only started recently and she showed as small prior to this, so don't think her weight is connected to me not eating. I'm taking my supplements yes, but know I'm not eating anything like enough. I have never seen the same midwife, so didn't really think of them for advice - but will ring tomorrow. Ideally I just want to drink whatever I need to take.

What about smoothies? Generally vegetable smoothies are healthier because of the sugar content of fruit. But either would help get some vitamins in you. Have you tried grazing little and often?

I would personally fill up on anything that you can keep down, even if it’s unhealthy. Try and eat veg if you can but as you are taking supplements and aren’t dangerously underweight it should be okay.

@Bluntness100 Sorry about the scientific accuracy, I don't know if it's exactly 'the fat' that the baby will live off, and of-course eating right will be much better for the pregnancy.
However, as someone who has problems with eating during pregnancy, and also knowing several people with hyperemesis, I know that the baby can thrive without you feeling like you are eating enough. I lost 3 kilo in the first trimester, and am gaining it back purely through the weight of the pregnancy.
There is little chance that the baby is small because of malnutrition, if the mother is of normal weight and was healthy before pregnancy. We store nutrients in our bodies for when we need them - the baby will use all these nutrients if necessary, as far as I'm aware.
Obviously I don't know the details here - that's what the midwife might help with.
Happy to be corrected if I'm making a mistake, I'm pregnant and want the best for my baby too. That said, this is my third and my other babies were ok though I hardly ate and lost weight throughout the pregnancy.
