Baby wrap with huge boobs

Hi everyone,

I'm due to have my first baby at Christmas and am starting to get stuff together. I'm interested in getting a baby wrap for when I'm around the house.
The only thing is I have huge boobs (34JJ) and I'm not sure if they will pose a problem. I don't want to spend money if it's going to be a no go if the baby doesn't sit properly against me or I'm at risk of suffocating the poor thing! 😂

I'm just looking to see if anyone else has big boobs and has used them before.
Thanks in advance!

Hello! I'm a size 12 with H cup boobies and used wraps and slings from 7weeks to 3 years. You'll be fine. You place the baby's head above your cleavage (head is meant to be close enough to kiss).

Fine - I was up to about a 34L immediately after the birth.

Early days I got on best with stretchy wraps because the buckle carriers wanted to sit too low. I still prefer woven wraps (10mo) but DH likes the buckle carrier and it definitely wins on speed for hasty school runs.

We both carried my first until she decided she preferred to walk but was relegated to back carries after about 10 months because we disliked having sharp finger in mouth/ flinging glasses off.

I would recommend a coat you can fit over baby- 10mo still fits in a coat I bought for late pregnancy and I had a zip us in panel to fit a winter coat last winter.

Huge boobies here too! I used a stretchy for the first few weeks & then ergo with newborn insert. Carried him until 3.5 in various slings. He loved it & I loved it.
Seconding the advice above about a big coat.
Good luck 🙂

Mine are up about H cup at the minute and I'm using a Moby wrap with my three month old no problem.

The only complicated aspect is getting him out of it, as you're meant to lift them straight up, and I need to wiggle him a bit to get the feet out round the boobs, but I do have a ridiculous child who can grab with his toes, less lemur-ish babies are probably simpler to extract.

Thanks so much everyone! You have eased my fears! 😂
Thank you as well to the people mentioning the winter coat - no idea why I had not already thought of this.... I live in Scotland for goodness sake!
I have seen the moby wrap has had good reviews so I think I might get that one. My mum has been asking what she can buy me so that will be a nice gift.
Thanks again! 😃
