One2one collapse aftermath

I was wondering if someone could help me. I was with one2one midwives who collapsed back in July with 2 days notice. I made all the relevant phone calls and filled in the relevant forms, and was told it would take a few weeks for me to get an NHS midwife.
My 20 week scan was sorted, without me having a midwife yet.
Its now been a few months, Im due in January, and have heard nothing.

I know a lot of people were suddenly left without midwives and its hell for them to sort it all out, but I was wondering at what point I should start getting worried about not having a midwife.
I also dont know what their system is, i may be being pushed back due to this being my 4th child, so i should know what im doing. But i have severe mental health problems which a lack of medical support is not helping "/.

And yes i did think of just phoning and asking, but I dont want to be annoying or bug anyone "/

Thanks x

How many weeks are you now?

I think you should have definitely have heard by now. I was with 121 and was about 25 weeks when they folded. I phoned my local hospital that day and was referred to their home birth midwife team. I met my new midwife the next day. Have you got the phone number for the community midwife team? If not I'd get in touch with your GP surgery to alert them that you haven't been contacted

Hope you get through to someone ☺️

Definitely phone and ask. If they say they'll call you back, ask them when, and call them again if they don't. Do not wait quietly for mental health support.

Definitely give them a call. You should have a 25 week appointment with your first and also 28 week is when they redo your bloods so you need to make sure they have you in their systems.

You're not being a pain or bugging anyone! Your antenatal care is really important

I was with one2one as well.
I called my local hospital who scheduled my scans and they also re-referred me to my local community midwife who I see at my doctors surgery.
The maternity units have been overwhelmed with the amount of ladies to accommodate after one2one. They won’t mind you calling. I called several times just for peace of mind and they were always lovely.
