Am I in slow labour?

Am I in slow labour? I'm being sick a lot more often, I have strange feelings in my legs, a lot of pressure on the bottle of my belly when I stand up and I feel light headed and faint most of the time? When I'm sick, cough, laugh or anything I have a little trickle.
Babies movements are perfectly normal, just wondering if this is normal for the end of pregnancy or if it's anything to worry about.
Thank you in advance

You need to ring your midwife and ask for advice - it wouldn't be wise or safe for strangers on the internet to say whether or not you're in labour, sorry. Good luck!

I was in slow labour for a week before I had DD2. I basically had really light contractions on & off for the week but not enough to bring on established labour. I went up to 3 nearly 4cm though in that week. I had 2 sweeps in hospital when I attended to get checked but was sent back home. They finally brought me in to put on hormone drip a week after it began & she was born an hour later X

How far along are you?

To be honest, no one can know, but they are all regular pregnancy feelings and not what I would consider as standard labour signs.

Pressure at the bottom of your bump could be baby and their position. I get a lot of low down pressure as baby bobs down low.
Trickle when you laugh could be urine leaking as baby will be on your bladder and anything you do, such as laugh, cough, vomit will create additional force in that area which means unless you have a strong pelvic floor you will often leak slightly.
A lot of people suffer a return of nausea and sickness towards the end as there is limited stomach space for food.
Being light headed may mean you are not taking on enough liquids etc.

All you can really do is watch for more standard symptoms such as cramping and lower back pain which eventually would become more and more painful before usually settling into a pattern of some kind.

Yes, not everyone has the standard symptoms of labour, but at some point your uterus will need to contract to get baby out so they will eventually appear.
