Being induced tomorrow - trying not to freak out!

Just needed somewhere to let this out.
I'm just over 39 weeks and been booked in for an induction tomorrow.
I've had repeated high bp, heart rate checks over the last few weeks, again today so I think they're looking to stay on the safe side and keep things monitored.
Was hoping I wouldnt need induced as I've heard for first timers it can be quite a long, drawn out process but I'm torn as I know it's best for me and baby!
Trying not to freak out, cant believe it's all really happening (as daft as that sounds!) - please wish me luck 🤞

So, I got carried away. The first one yest definitely started off the cramping and pains but 24 hours later, I'm still 1cm after three attempts 😣🤦‍♀️
Now need to wait another 24 hours before they give it another shot. I'm the most impatient patient ever!

@NewMama2Be make sure you get an epidural if they want to start a drip xx

Checking in for the baby picture????

Well that was a long week. Induced as planned on Tuesday morning and had her by ECS in early hours of Friday morning, all that time, 4 prostin, gas, air and an epidural later and I'd only reached 3.5 cm!
Traumatic but worth it, shes a sweetheart!
