Anyone knowledgeable about choleostasis?

I had choleostasis in my first pregnancy. No ill effects other than unbearable itching, and baby was delivered safely at 37+3.
I know that if I have another pregnancy, chances are that I will develop choleostasis again. Are there any other risks associated with a second choleostasis pregnancy? E.g.higher still risk of stillbirth, permanent liver damage for me? Or is it much the same as the first time?
Thanks!

@Imicola hi I have had two pregnancies with oc and am pregnant (25 weeks) waiting diagnosis for a third time.
How far are you? Have you had a blood test to see if it's back? I got it earlier with my second so delivered at 35 weeks however I still haven't been diagnosed with it this pregnancy .
Everything is pretty much the same deliver early meds etc extra monitoring are you receiving this?

@dollytutu thanks. I'm not pregnant, just considering if there might be implications if we were to try for a second child. Sounds like it's most likely to be more of the same!

It's apparently high risk you will get again and should be monitored more closely , however to be honest so far I haven't ! Unless I have asked for blood tests due to scratching, but so far I haven't got it again just waiting lol

I had OC when I was pregnant but delivered naturally at 36+6 so wasn't induced early. From what I've been told it's highly likely you'll get it again in subsequent pregnancies (although you might not) so they'll check your bile acids etc as a matter of course which isn't standard but there aren't any "higher" risks to you or the baby other than the same ones that there were the first time around.
