Twins run in my side of the family, and my pregnancy this time feels different to last time. I know that's often the case but I was wondering if any of the symptoms might suggest twins?

My initial pregnancy test said I was more than five weeks pregnant, but that would have been impossible, and it had to be less.
I feel nauseous all day every day, unless I'm sleeping, but no physical sickness.
I can only manage a few mouthfuls of a meal before feeling stuffed. I was used to that at the end of pregnancy last time, but not so early on.
I need to pee alllll the time.
My tummy is already really firm and round feeling at the top.

I have 2 week old DCDA twins. I had zero nausea or sickness in pregnancy. I did get my bfp early and I had a feeling I was pregnant around 8dp. I had sore breasts, which I've never ever had, even with my singleton. But other than that, no extra symptoms to suggest the twins.
