sounds better than being told pushing a baby out is like 'sh!tting a brick!!' to quote the wonderful midwife doing our antenatal classes here in Aus. Most are first time mums and I had a ceasar first time - so will soon find out if she is right!!!

WOW! So all those women who wail and moan and beg for pain relief for 12 hours are just "acting"...? Phew, that's a relief!
Am going to record that phrase about muscles tightening and relaxing not hurting onto a tape and play it to myself all night long between now and birth for some brainwashing

OMG - hilarious!

I heard that as part of the post-natal care in France, they teach you how to regain a 'sexy look' for the DH and you have to see a physiotherapist to get your fanjita toned up again (again, for DH).

Vive le France!
