Anterior placenta and movements?

Hi, looking for experiences of people who had anterior placenta's. I've been told this is what I've got and that I may not feel much at the front of my belly, may not be able to feel baby move as much and may be harder to determine if baby isn't moving as much as usual.

It's my first baby and I was really looking forward to feeling her move, but now it seems like that's a long way off for me :(

If you had an anterior placenta when did you start feeling movements? I'm always on the look out but feel like I'm going to be waiting forever now:(

Had anterior with my first but still felt a few popping movements from 16 weeks ish. Proper kicks low down from about 20 weeks and plenty of movement throughout. This time I'm pregnant with twins and they're both anterior - I'm 16 weeks now and still only the occasional popping & roll. I guess two placentas probably cover more of my uterus wall!

Hi! I'm 22 weeks tomorrow and have an anterior placenta but I've barely felt anything yet. I think it's different for everyone but I can't wait to feel proper kicks!!
