6 days late but negative test

Hey everyone, looking for some advice please! I'm currently 6 days late for my period, however when I have taken tests they have been negative. I ovulated the last week in July, so not sure why I haven't come on or why the tests are negative? I've been feeling really tired the last few days and needing to pee a lot of the time 😅 any ideas what's going on?
Thanks in advance :)

What tests did you use?

Thank you for relying @Bwekfusth, I have used a first response one a few days ago and Tesco one this morning. Any ideas what could be going on?

I couldn't say, I'm not too savvy on things like this! But are your periods usually very regular?

How many days past ovulation do you think you are? How did you confirm ovulation? How long is your luteal phase normally?

I think I am about 18 days past ovulation, and I tested using ovulation strips. Normal luteal length is roughly 16 days @physicskate any ideas?

I think it's likely you didn't ovulate when you thought you did (but possible you did, even if the likelihood is slim). By 18 dpo, about 96.4% of women who are pregnant will get a positive test (according to countdown to pregnancy: www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test/dpo-chart.php?dpo=18
. So it's quite unlikely you are pregnant, but not impossible.

If you ovulate late, your period will be late (so if you are only 2 dpo more than when your period usually arrives you are more like 2 days late). 16 day luteal phase is a bit longer than I've heard of, but on the outside of normal.
