Keeping lady bits tidy?!

I've never been able to wax as I have such sensitive skin, take a terrible reaction and also have a condition called HS which can cause problems.
I normally trim / shave but at 30+ weeks it's becoming increasingly challenging but I dont want to be 'untidy' going into midwife checks and labour 🤔
Anyone else in the same position / have any tips or advice?!
I'm sure it will become the least of my worries in time but its ob my mind at the moment so thought I'd ask...

Forget it. You won’t be worrying about it at the time and the medical staff could care less what you look like down there. Or ask your partner to do it if you trust him/her.

I don’t think any heavily pregnant woman is able to groom down there so I wouldn’t worry! There comes a point when you physically can’t reach/see!

I’ve been asking DH to help just keep it at bay. It’s not that neat but it’s not a full bush either Grin

Sometimes with HS it does help to keep it trimmed. You could use a trimmer with a guard and a mirror

Erm, it's not 'untidy' of you don't shave, it's simply the way your body is designed.

No tips to offer other than stop changing your body because of what someone else might think.

Thanks, to clarify I'm not suggesting I do this because of what anyone else might think.
It's the fact that 'I' dont want to feel untidy going into those checks.

I no how u feel I don't like to be untidy it's more self conscious then other people I find it easier to stand and do it then to sit down

35 weeks here and I find a strategically placed mirror whilst I'm in the bath helpful for shaving and then just generally feeling around to get to the bits submerged under water / that I cant see with a mirror Smile
