Good morning ladies, hope your all well!!

I had my 12 week scan yesterday and it was the most surreal amazing 20 minutes of my life, made everything seem so real I just wanted to share my scan photo!!! Baby is really healthy and very active and is measuring at 13 weeks exactly yesterday and due 6th January!

For any ladies going through a miscarriage or trying to conceive after one firstly my heart goes out to you and secondly I went through a miscarriage in march and conceived the following month without a period and everything is looking good!
It does get better and you will get your rainbow baby, don't give up!!!! :) xxx

@Millsss so know what you mean about the bloating! I swear I looked 4 months pregnant the other day! Luckily my office is quite laid back so I can get away with harem style trousers and my mum bought me a dress at the weekend that looks good now & will accommodate the bump, bless her!

Who knew there would be so much to think about before baby is even half baked??

PastaSauceHoarder · 03/07/2019 09:59

@Millsss its silly but I'm like 99% sure this one is a boy!! 🙈

Yes to all the bloats and bumps! I definitely have a bump now, albeit a little one (though its noticeable!). I've been wearing baggy shirts over leggings, although yesterday was the first time I wore a tight fitted vest and it was lovely not hiding anymore!

MummyBear405 · 03/07/2019 10:11

@tomatan1990 I had a midwife appt at 6 weeks and everything was fine then but the week after I had a bled and she basically said go to A&E which didn't help! Luckily there's a 24/7 helpline run by the hospital and the midwife I spoke to on the phone was very reassuring. She sympathised and advised that I rest & keep an eye on it, I haven't had anything since so glad I didn't go to A&E in the end!

@PastaSauceHolder can I guess too? I think it's a boy, how exciting! So lovely that you can get that bump out with pride, hope you have a lovely day sharing your news Grin

Millsss · 03/07/2019 10:27

I'm finding tight fitting clothes really uncomfortable!! Had to cut little slits in the elastic of my leggins because they were digging in! I do have quite a cute little bumpish in the morning when I get up 😍

This is amazing, congratulations 💗💗💗💗
I lost our baby last week, and wondering how I will feel if I am able to get pregnant again. 🤞🏼

All of your positive posts are so lovely to read, and I wish you all the best with your pregnancy 💗

Millsss · 03/07/2019 11:59

@Prawn2019 I'm sorry sorry for what your going through sending you all the luck in the world 💜
The only piece of advice I'd give is to talk about it, get it out in the open whether that's with your partner or a doctor and allow yourself time to grieve!
And DONT ever feel guilty for trying straight away because it's not replacing what you had at all, I will never forget when I was pregnant last time, it's just a new chapter!
Good luck got all my fingers crossed for you Hun! 💜💜💜

@Millsss thank you so much 💗💗💗

We had a holiday booked and managed to bring it forward slightly so are now away having some much needed vitamin D.

I really hope to feel better soon but I know it will take some time.

Xxxx

PastaSauceHoarder · 03/07/2019 12:37

Thank you @MummyBear405, all my symptoms seem different this time and I just FEEL like I'm carrying a little boy! I'll be shocked if its another girl. Grin
I've tried looking at that skull and nub theory thing but I'm useless, haha.

A holiday sounds like a wonderful idea @Prawn2019, we booked a last minute holiday to Lanzarote the week after my procedure and it was exactly what we needed. I hope you have a relaxing time. 💛

Prawn2019 · 03/07/2019 13:00

@PastaSauceHoarder thank you 💗

I'm just waiting for my 'after symptoms' to stop (without giving you TMI) so that I can go in the water, I'm melting 🥵 haha xxx

Millsss · 03/07/2019 14:17

@Prawn2019 a holiday sounds amazing and exactly what you need! You will get there, there is so much support out there, jus take your time there's no right or wrong amount of time!
You will get your rainbow baby when the times right 🌈💜

@Millsss 💗 🌈

MummyBear405 · 03/07/2019 15:35

@PastaSauceHoarder my mum was convinced all the way through her pregnancy that I was going to be a boy and even promised my uncle that she would name me after him ... it was pretty awkward when I appeared sans penis! Shock

@Prawn2019 I'm so sorry for your loss but you are absolutely doing the right thing by taking time for yourself! Sending all the love and positive, baby making vibes your way!

Prawn2019 · 03/07/2019 15:47

@MummyBear405 😘😘

Lea89 · 03/07/2019 20:50

@Millsss Congratulations 🎉 this is so lovely to hear!

I came accross your thread and I’m so glad I did.. I too had a miscarriage in February this year but it has taken 4 months for my body to get back to normal. After 2 rounds of medical management and a DandC as my body wasn’t doing what it should.. I finally got my first period on the 13th June last month.. it lasted around 10 days and me and my husband have been trying since.

Today, I’ve had lower back pain, my sides ache and over the last few days I’ve had a few headaches and a little PMT. (no signs of spotting/implantation bleeding) I’m now wondering if this could be implantation pain? I’m due on again next week but I’m really not sure?

I’m really hoping it is and we finally get our rainbow baby 🌈 xxxx

PastaSauceHoarder · 03/07/2019 21:31

Oh gosh, I'll keep that in mind @MummyBear405. 😂 I'm so sure its a boy that I can't even entertain the idea of thinking about girls names - need to get out of that mindset!!

How has everyones day been? Smile I had a lovely day telling my friends and family, everyone was so happy for us and shocked that we were already over 12 weeks pregnant so quickly after the TFMR! I just feel so lucky. ❤

I have my fingers crossed for you @Lea89, I really hope July is your lucky month. 🤞🏻 I'm sorry its taken so long for your body to get back to normal, that must have been rough. Flowers

PastaSauceHoarder · 03/07/2019 21:34

Also thought I'd share a sneaky bump pic after all the bloat 'n bump talk this morning. Wink

My mum said she'd noticed I'd gotten a little rounder recently but obviously didn't want to say anything!!

Omg ladies can I join please? I was pregnant in Jan, found out in Feb the pregnancy wasn't developing and had to have surgery in March. We had a cycle 'off' waiting for af, which arrived in April. Tried again and were very lucky to catch straight away! We had our 12 weeks scan on Monday, was measuring 12 and 5, so pretty much in the 2nd trimester now!! I'm due 9th Jan 😀 We've started telling people, it's so lovely but also a bit surreal!! We've started making proper plans now... So much to think about!! Xx

Millsss · 04/07/2019 07:49

@Lea89 so sorry to hear this Hun sounds horrible :( glad your on the med now though!!
Your symptoms sound quite promising to me, got my fingers crossed for you, let us now when your testing an hopefully you get your rainbow baby 🌈

This is so reassuring.
I had a miscarriage in In May and caught straight away after without a period. Currently 8 weeks and have a scan in 2 hours. Really hoping it's good news.

MummyBear405 · 04/07/2019 19:15

Hope all went well with your scan @nzs2019! Flowers

Lovely little bumps there, @MummyBear405 and @Millsss! Smile Can't wait for mine to become a bit more obvious now, can't quite believe I'm actually 13 weeks tomorrow!

How is everyone getting on? I offically annouced on Facebook today, we have a lot of family and friends stretched around and I couldn't quite remember who knew and who didn't! We've kept it a secret from everyone for so long that I felt quite nervous telling the world, haha.
