HELP - BFP or not??

It's early, but I was losing my mind not knowing as I had a lot of symptoms and needed to do it. In my head I see two positive lines but on the ClearBlue it states not pregnant.

I am still 1 day due to a period though, my last period started on the 4th June, so is it too early and it could be fake positives?? Ladies, what's your thoughts?

(both photos are the same tests, just different angles to show better)

Clear blue digital need a lot more hcg, I would believe the first response.
Also are they all first morning urine?

Sheep90 · 01/07/2019 16:27

I think you are, the clear blue just aren't as sensitive. In a few days time they should be positive too

nicannie · 01/07/2019 16:28

@Em39ma - I did read that someone. I just did them all there just now, so like 4pm, not morning urine.

I’d say definitely pregnant!

The digital one isn’t as sensitive so give it a day or two and test again on the digital if you want. That’s a very clear positive on the FRER though.

nicannie · 01/07/2019 16:28

@sheep90 - I still have one first response and one clear blue, should I just leave it for another few days (will be SOOO hard to do that) and test in the morning?

If say yes. The digital isn't as good as the FR.

Em39ma · 01/07/2019 17:16

If you did them at 4 pm then that’s why the different results.
I would believe the first response.
Congratulations I would say you are pregnant.
I would take the test you still have in a couple of days first thing in the morning to confirm

nicannie · 01/07/2019 17:20

Thank you! That's what I'll do!

I would say defo pregnant! The clearblue digitals aren't as sensitive as others

Congrats!!

ree348 · 01/07/2019 21:45

Looks positive to me! Congrats

Lougle · 01/07/2019 21:52

Yes, you don't even need to squint to see the positives.

Tmnmpa1 · 01/07/2019 22:53

Looks positive to me! Congratulations xxx

nataliemum25 · 01/07/2019 22:56

I'd say congratulations hun ☺️🤗🤗 xxx

Athers666 · 01/07/2019 23:08

Deffo pregnant! The digitals need to be done 1st thing if testing before your period is due otherwise they aren't necessarily accurate. The FR looks like my one did when I tested on the day I was due on...son is now six months😁

nicannie · 02/07/2019 08:45

Thank you all so much! I did another FRER this am on the day of my period being due and again another positive. I'll wait until the end of the week for to take a CB as have one in the house and may as well double check.

At what point should I contact the GP? Does anyone know? I'm in Scotland if that helps, this is my first pregnancy and I don't want to tell anyone yet as it's far too early, so I can't ask what I do next!

Hi @nicannie congratulations! I'm in Scotland too, I just called my GP and they gave me a number to call to make a midwife appt. They then gave me dates for 1st appt (around 9 weeks) and 12 week scan over the phone and also sent confirmation letter in the post. Hope all goes well for you!

RudyRoo · 02/07/2019 08:54

Should have said I just called my GP a couple of days after I got my first positive!

nicannie · 02/07/2019 08:57

Thank you @RudyRoo that definitely helps !!

Yes, been there.
I miscarried in October last year.
Now 24 weeks and does get easier the further I get a long. But was really worried in the beginning, didn’t help I had a bleed at 7 weeks

Hmmmbop · 02/07/2019 13:26

Call the GP but ask about the process, do t just make an appointment. Most health authorities are moving away from needing the GP to refer to the midwife team.

nicannie · 02/07/2019 13:46

@Em39ma I'm so sorry to hear what you went through in October. All the best as well for the rest of your pregnancy !

@Hmmmbop that's what I was planning on doing as I hear that they can provide me with a number to make my first midwife appointment rather than seeing the actual GP
