I'm 27 weeks pregnant and for the last few days I've been feeling a bit breathless. When I sit down I feel quite winded, like something is pushing on my chest and I have to catch my breath. I had just been thinking it's "one of these pregnancy things" (which it probably is!) but I've just remembered that a couple of weeks ago I had a really bad pain in my calf that stayed for 3 or 4 days after a long car journey. I was a bit worried at the time about a pulmonary embolism but when the pain went away I didn't think any more of it until now and wondering if the breathlessness could be linked to that? Does anyone know how long it takes for a blood clot to travel from the leg to lungs? I'm probably just being very paranoid 
but wondering if I should see a GP tomorrow. Any advice much appreciated!
