Any midwives/sonographers/medical types around who can tell me what the "licus" is?

Hi, just got back from a growth scan, I'm 38+2. The sonographer was talking to the lady who was writing my notes, and said she was either looking for licus (lichus?) said "Lie-cuss" or that she was worried about the licus, and looking momentarily troubled. Then she said "oh....hmm...actually I think the licus is ok"

Is it a shortened form of umbilicus? as in the cord? I know she said it's ok but I'm still wondering what she was on about. Can anybody tell me? Thanks!!

Could it have been liquor - but pronounced like-wor like the US say it? That basically means amniotic fluid.

Thanks for your responses, no it was definitely "lie-cuss" because I remember thinking "lichen? on MY baby??" lol

The liquor volume is normal on my notes, always has been. I'm starting to think it was an abbreviation of umbilicus, but perhaps she said it in code in case there was something wrong.
